Wow! It's been a busy last couple of months. I had the pleasure of listing a very close family friend's home in Pleasanton that I used to play as a little girl in. I found the buyer at my open house so I was able to do a dual agency and save my sellers' fees.

☆ I closed a beautiful property last week in Shingle Springs on 5 acres with stunning views.
☆ This Friday, I'm closing on an investment property in Folsom with buyers from the Bay Area.
