No one will care more about you and your transaction than I will. Before my choice to become a master in Real Estate, I was Director of Operation and Technology at California State University, East Bay and before that I traveled the country for years helping institutions of Higher Education implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Through this experien

ce I was solely managing multi-million dollar sales, negotiating contracts as well as designing and building campus-specific business processes and systems. Helping people through an overwhelming transition. My career is founded in an education specifically tailored to understanding and communicating with people; Psychology of Interpersonal Communication. This gives me a distinct edge in getting my clients what they want, in every way. I was on the Development Team for Foundations Public Schools in the valley, Co-chair of Friends of the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco, Leadership Team for the non-profit A Good Idea and was selected for a year-long fellowship in ABHOW’s Leadership Program and I’m now becoming a part of Greater Sacramento Junior League and I participate in supporting Ag in the Classroom. I’ve been chosen twice to speak to hundreds of conventioneers on the topic of family and love. When there is time leftover, I play volleyball! How does that translate to real estate? I know how to motivate people, manage people, communicate with people. It means I’m bold and assertive while being full of compassion and gratitude. I’m relentless when it comes to getting my clients what is best for THEM. Your dreams are my dreams. Your plan is my plan. Let me have your back. Nicole Davidson

Three babies. Five homes. Two heartbreaks before the holidays.
And then … a home run.
We first met this family during Covid. They were renting in the neighborhood they loved, walking the streets in the evenings with two little ones and a baby on the way. When I knocked their door to drop off my newsletter, I found out they didn’t just want to buy … they wanted this neighborhood.
What followed was one of the most emotional searches I’ve been a part of.
We saw five or six homes come available. Two had the exact floor plan they’d been dreaming of. When they were finally ready to pull the trigger, we lost to a buyer who came in $25,000 over asking … and whose agent gave up their own commission to sweeten the deal for the seller. There was nothing more we could do.
We weren’t done.
Two more offers. Two more losses because of budget … neither on the floor plan they wanted. I had the hard job of delivering that news before Christmas. And then again before New Year’s.
Four months later … a coming soon sign went up on the house. The pain was still fresh, so we moved fast and aggressively. We went straight to the listing agent, who happened to be the seller. We negotiated terms that made sense for everyone.
They close with the floor plan they always wanted, at a price that worked, with a third baby, a boy, now in the family.
This is why we do this work.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, I’d love to be in your corner. 🏡
