😮This month starts year 7 in real estate, and what a ride it has been! 🏡
It has been fun, challenging, rewarding, and filled with so many amazing relationships and friendships that I’ll always be grateful for. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes and building a property management business where I’ve managed over 210 doors. ❤️🗝️
After a lot of prayer and consideration, I have made the decision to close Rebel Real Estate and wind down third-party property management by the end of this month. With my new career opportunity, I am unable to maintain my broker’s license and continue operating my brokerage, which means this chapter of real estate is coming to a close.
While this decision is definitely bittersweet, I truly believe God opens doors for a reason, and when those opportunities come along in a small town, you have to be willing to follow the path He places in front of you. 🙏
With that being said, I want to take a moment to thank every client, homeowner, tenant, contractor, and friend who has supported Rebel Real Estate and my career over the past 7 years. Your trust, friendships, and encouragement have meant more than you know. ❤️
We will continue investing in our community through our own long-term and short-term rentals, but I’m incredibly excited to have more time to focus on our local small businesses Rebel Fitness - ElDo, MO and ARIS Home Inspections: Randy Simmons, Inspector and to have my nights and weekends back with my family. 😊
I’m also excited to share that I’ll be returning to the banking world next month! 🏦🏧💰With nearly 20 years of experience, it’s a field I know and love, and I’m looking forward to this next chapter. More details coming soon! ✨
