To Our Valued Residents,

We sincerely apologize for the delays in addressing HVAC and air conditioning service requests. Due to the extreme heat, HVAC companies throughout our area are experiencing an unusually high volume of service calls, and many are currently overwhelmed.

Please know that we are doing everything possible to have every tenant taken care of as quickly as we can. Our maintenance team, along with our HVAC contractors, is working diligently and as efficiently as possible to restore service to every home.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this time. If your home becomes uncomfortably warm, we encourage you, if possible, to stay with family or friends or seek another cool, safe location until we are able to complete your repair.

Thank you for your understanding during this exceptionally hot season. We value each of our residents and are committed to resolving every HVAC issue as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and continued support.

Sincerely,

Greg Williams

This is our initial concept model. If demand is reasonable, we already have land to build more. We anticipate breaking ground on additional off-campus student housing options in Fall 2026!
