BIG CONGRATS to CJ on officially becoming a first time homeowner!!! 🔑

23 years old and closing on his first home with 7 acres. I’d say he’s doing pretty good! And if you know CJ, you know nobody deserves it more. He is one of the hardest working young men I know. He is always polite, always humble, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen him without a smile on his face!

CJ has been around our family for years and is truly like family to us. He loves my Chesney girl and proudly claims her as his niece 🥹! And with that and getting to help him through this huge milestone made this closing extra special for me!

I have a client moving here from out of state and I’m trying to help them find a short term rental for 1-3 months max. Preferably 4 bedrooms but they can make a 3 bedroom work!

They really don’t want to buy a house blindly from another state, and I don’t blame them at all. They want to actually get here, learn the area and figure out where they want to be before buying.
