In 1965, Ray along with a couple of other investors purchased a new building at 11706 Ramona Blvd, moved into a small 200 sq ft office and changed the name of the company to Harbert Realty and Investments. In the mid-70’s Ray started working with Jack Dalton, who was a loan broker at the time. Between the late 70’s and early 80’s Jack began brokering loans and sharing office space with Ray and in
the early 80’s Ray offered Jack an opportunity to invest in the business. In 1986, after Articles of Incorporation were approved by the State of California, Ramona Property Managers Incorporated was in business. Kenneth Ferreira moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and began studying real estate and property management in the fast paced professional environment of Ramona Property Managers Incorporated under Jack Dalton. Kenneth earned his Real Estate Agent’s License in 2005, his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2007, and was promoted to Vice President of the company in 2010. Due to a life long passion for radio and broadcasting, Kenneth also runs the Mid Valley Media Center, a community supported internet-based multimedia platform for the distribution of education, information, and entertainment. Grateful for an amazing group of friends and family, Kenneth is poised to carry Ramona Property Managers Incorporated well into the 21st century by combining integrity and accessibility with modern technology.
