First, I want to thank God for allowing me the opportunity to serve so many families this past year. My first 9 months of real estate, I wanted to give up and quit. I didn’t sell anything! But I perfected my craft & had the best mentor ever, as well as my amazing brokers | pushing me along the way. I sold 2 million dollars in sales and was awarded the GRIT award. It really took grit this past year. I was still working full time active duty at a heavy tempo unit, graduated with my masters, and able to accomplish my real estate goal for the year. I couldn’t have done it without my real estate village (especially the office staff) & without my family & friends cheering me on everywhere. And the award for best dress goes toooooo (in my Mari voice)🤣🫶🏾🙏🏾

On the seventh day of Christmas, what did your realtor give to you? I give you 7 reasons why allowing me to be your realtor is the best option.

1. I specialize in military relocation due to my experience with veteran buyers.
2. I prioritize relationships, honesty, and fun when it comes to interacting with all of my clients.
3. I study the market and personalize my interactions with each client.
4. Everyone has a different path and a different goal and I masters it.
5. My strongpoint is my marketing. When dealing with sellers, I can reach multiple databases in El Paso County, being on the military installation and off.
