Experience matters. 🔍🏠

After mapping the inside of the home and inspecting the roof, we noticed there was no dryer exhaust termination where we expected it to be. We went into the attic and found the dryer duct simply touching the underside of the roof—with no exterior termination at all.

Dryer lint is highly flammable, making this a serious fire hazard.

Evaporative coolers are still common in El Paso, and one thing we always check is for leaks. 💧🏠

This cooler is leaking, causing roof damage and moisture inside the attic. Small leaks can turn into expensive repairs if they go unnoticed.

Brand new home, but already leaking. 💧🏠

We finished inspecting the interior, stepped outside, and noticed water coming through an exterior wall. We went back inside and found water accumulating around the tub — even though there was no visible leak when we first checked that bathroom.

Something isn’t right, and the builder needs to find the source and fix it before closing. 🔎

In this new construction the shower was draining just fine… but then we looked inside the drain. 👀

It appears to be partially blocked with paint, caulking, or other construction debris. No standing water yet, but this could definitely become a drainage problem later.

Sometimes the problem is hiding just below the surface. 🔍🏠
