Congratulations to my military clients on closing on their brand new home from over 3,000 Miles away. 🎉🍾🏡

Thank you for trusting me as your real estate professional! We started the process with education on the process to ensure that they’re fully aware of the process, answer any questions and discover their end goal. After that, we narrowed down the search on new construction and who they wanted to build with.
Everything was done virtually and also some help from family that was already here in town! Not only did they get to choose everything they wanted for the home to be ready in time for their arrival BUT they got closing costs covered and free upgrades from the builder.

Congratulations to my first time home buyer and using his VA loan 💵

We started off the process with education, going over the differences in builders, narrowed down which builder him and his family wanted THEN we reserved a desirable lot.

It took 6 months, he got to preselect the tile, colors, fixtures and more!
