Real estate is never just about a house — it’s about people, their journeys, and the next chapter of their lives.

Five years ago, I had the privilege of helping this wonderful family purchase this home in El Paso. Over the years, it became a very successful Airbnb and a beautiful part of their story. Life evolved, as it so often does — they welcomed a baby, their family grew, and they found themselves ready for a bigger home in another state.

Every item on the table carries meaning: the single place setting represents the one who is absent, the empty chair symbolizes their missing presence, the white tablecloth stands for purity of their intentions, the lemon slice reflects their bitter fate, the salt honors the tears of their loved ones, and the candle and red rose remind us of love, hope, and eternal gratitude.

It’s a powerful way to quietly say: We remember. We honor. We will never forget their sacrifice and we miss you today at our table.
