Two houses on the same street in Apollo Heights, El Paso. One was listed at $185,000. The other at $235,000. Why?

Both are 3 bed, 2 bath, built 1974 and 1973, almost identical in size - the $235,000 house is actually a little smaller. But it was renovated throughout with an updated kitchen, on a bigger corner lot, and was gone in 35 days. The $185,000 house was well loved and mostly original - priced right for its condition, it was gone in just 4 days.

Same street does not mean same price.
