Women's Council of REALTORS® Long-Term Goals

In order to fulfill our mission and realize our vision, the Women's Council of REALTORS® sets the following goals:

* To be the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of women REALTOR® entrepreneurs at all stages of development
* To be a dynamic, accessible network, linking resources and member expertise to drive business success.
* To identify, build, support and promote strong leaders for the industry and the broader community
* To showcase and promote the achievement and impact of women in real estate
* To be sought after by other organizations as a source of leadership development and the business woman's perspective
* To be a network of strong chapters that consistently deliver value and provide a collaborative, trusted, welcoming environment in which members can achieve their business goals.
* To be a magnet for career-focused REALTORS® with diverse backgrounds and a high level of professionalism.

🎉 Congratulations to Our 2026 Event Director, Michelle Medrano! 🎉

The Women’s Council of REALTORS® El Paso Del Norte Network is incredibly proud to congratulate Michelle Medrano on graduating from the 2026 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Texas Lone Star Leadership Academy!

Michelle earned this distinction through her dedication, attendance, and successful completion of the required training sessions, graduating as part of the second Lone Star Leadership Academy graduating class.

The 2026 class was comprised of Women’s Council members from across Texas who participated in leadership development sessions from January through August, meeting virtually via Zoom and coming together in person during the Winter Conference in February.

Michelle and her fellow graduates were recognized during the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Texas Awards Luncheon at the 2026 Texas REALTORS® Shaping Texas Conference, with graduation taking place on August 28, 2026.

We are extremely proud and excited that Michelle chose to invest in her leadership growth and complete this important program alongside her fellow classmates from across Texas. Her dedication to learning, leadership, and professional growth is truly something to celebrate!

Congratulations to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® El Paso del Norte Network on being awarded 1st Place in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Texas Mid-Year Membership Contest!

The award was proudly presented at the 2026 Texas REALTORS® Shaping Texas Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

Under the leadership of 2026 President Tina Turner, our Network embraced the spirit of “Each One, Reach One”—recruiting new members, strengthening relationships, and growing our Council.

As the 1st Place Network, El Paso del Norte received a $600 credit toward 2027 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Texas Orientation registration.
