Woo Hoo!!! 👏🏻🥳🙌🙏🏼 … Congratulations to my amazing clients who trusted me and my team selling their El Paso, TX home. We sold it in about 60 days from start to finish. Very little “turbulence”. The buyer’s agent was a pleasure to work with. I think the biggest obstacle we had was that the appraisal came in a little lower than sales price at the beginning. But no sir! That was not going to happen on my watch. You see, I’m very good with my numbers, my market analysis and watching what the market is doing in each area where we are selling a house. They gave us 48 hours to respond (VA Tidewater Process) and you better believe they received my detailed CMA Report (comprehensive market analysis). And viola! Sold at Contract price! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Check out the house that kept me on my toes 👏🏻🙌🩰 … I had the pleasure of helping a returning client sell his starter home. We had 6 offers. After we went under contract with the best one, we invited the remaining offers to submit a backup. And we got one🙏🏼🎉 … this is where the fun begins. Contract 1 falls through. Backup offers jumps to 1st position. Backup contract decides to cancel. I call the other 4 offers and one of those buyers wants to move forward. Yayyy! We execute buyer #3. All in a matter of days 🥴 … wait for it …. Buyer #3 decides to back out. All of this going on and my team and I had already found my sellers dream home for their next purchase! Not to worry. This home was priced just right and had a lot of great qualities that home buyers would love 💕 … And guess what. The universe sent just the right buyer for this home 🙏🏼 … Buyer #4 went under contract just at the right time.
