I am the Executive Sales Manager / Trainer for Coldwell Banker Southern Homes. I have over 20 years of real estate experience, 16 of those with the #1 Coldwell Banker brand. I have worn many hats, including REALTOR, supervising broker, listing and contract coordination manager and relocation director. My goal at CB Southern Homes is to prepare and train new agents with hands on training and provide support and continued training of new and innovative ideas and strategies to each of our agents in all of our offices in Beaumont, Lumberton, Mid County and Northeast Houston. Our new agents start with a solid foundation and an atmosphere you can thrive by learning the the basic techniques first, from business planning, contract writing, prospecting, negotiating and then create a plan to create a flow of continued business, building a pipeline of business to help you meet your real estate goals.
In order to stay informed of the current challenges and trends in our market and the industry, I continue to help my clients buy and sell homes and their friends, family and co-workers they refer to me. I enjoy every aspect of real estate and always look forward to helping buyers and sellers make their next move. I specialize in residential, rural residential and farm and ranch properties. Using my 20+ years experience and knowledge in real estate, I educate clients and customers throughout the process so you can make a confident decision whether buying or selling.
