It’s hard to believe how fast the years have gone.
I still remember when my oldest daughter started working with me at just 15 years old. She learned this business one step at a time, and even after she left home at 18 to go to college in Albuquerque, she never stopped growing. She found her own path, worked hard, and built a career she could truly be proud of.
Today, after 20 years of dedication, she accepted the position of Team Lead of the Market Center and VP of Development for Keller Williams in Albuquerque.
As her dad, I can’t begin to explain how proud I am. Watching your child grow into a respected leader is one of life’s greatest blessings. This wasn’t handed to her—she earned it through long hours, determination, and the way she treats people.
Congratulations, sweetheart. I have always believed in you, and I always will. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for you next.
I love you, and I’m so proud to call you my daughter.
