✨ TRLP 2026 – Day 3 | Module 1 Complete ✨

Today we wrapped up Module 1 of the TRLP 2026 leadership journey here in beautiful Ruidoso, New Mexico. Our final day was focused on reflection, growth, and understanding the leadership lessons we experienced throughout the week.

We took time to recap everything we learned together — the connections we built, the values we established as a class, and the leadership foundations we are setting for the year ahead.

A big thank you to Moises Nungaray for guiding us through an incredible session on the DISC profile, helping us better understand our own leadership strengths, communication styles, and how different personalities contribute to strong teams and effective leadership. The DISC framework provided powerful insight into how we collaborate, lead, and support one another.

We also had the opportunity to participate in outdoor team activities, putting many of those leadership styles into action. These experiences reminded us that leadership isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we practice, observe, and grow through together.

With Module 1 now complete, the TRLP 2026 class is energized and ready for everything the rest of the year has in store. This journey is just beginning, and I’m incredibly excited to see how each of these leaders will continue to grow and make an impact in our industry and communities.

What a wonderful evening welcoming the TRLP 2026 class as everyone arrived in beautiful Ruidoso, New Mexico for our kickoff retreat! It was the perfect opportunity for everyone to meet in person, connect, and begin building the relationships that will shape this year’s leadership journey.

We spent the evening gathered around the fire, enjoying a relaxed wine, cheese, and charcuterie meet & greet, sharing stories, laughter, and excitement for the year ahead.

A special thank you to Deal 2 Deal Custom Homes for hosting this evening, and I’m honored to serve as the 2026 TRLP Facilitator as we begin this incredible journey of leadership, growth, and collaboration together.
