That’s right! One of the biggest misconceptions about buying a home is that you need to save 20% of the purchase price before you can even think about becoming a homeowner.

HERE’S THE FACT: 👇

🏡 Some conventional loan programs allow qualified buyers to put down as little as 3%.

🇺🇸 FHA loans may allow qualified buyers to purchase with as little as 3.5% down.

🎖️ Eligible VA buyers may qualify for 0% down.

And depending on the home, lender and available programs, there may be additional opportunities to help with upfront costs.

Now, that doesn’t mean everyone qualifies, or that buying a home comes without expenses.
