The Hakes brothers, Kimball, Chris, and Josh, began working in residential construction at an early age, where they learned the values of hard work, integrity, and excellence in performance. In 2006, realizing they have developed complementary skills, they came together with a vision to elevate new home construction, and Hakes Brothers officially began.

The company initially built luxury custom homes. Later, they turned their attention to semi-custom homes which allowed them to offer the same luxurious look and feel of their custom homes, but at affordable prices. It was a success!
