I want to personally thank everyone who came today to the First Time HomeBuyers course both English and Spanish classes. Knowledge is power and you’ve taken your first steps to a bigger world: becoming homeowners. Here at Aviso we don’t need to boast about how many wholesale deals we closed because even though we do buy distressed homes , it usually means someone is hurting. We love to talk about how many people we can help and about giving back to the community. It felt great being able to educate future homeowners. I look forward to holding many more classes.
