This week I came full circle and sold my 1st resale at Stanton 4433 where I started my real estate career 20 years ago! I was the project manager for the company that converted this apartment complex into individual units. We sold 150 units, went through 3 brokerages and 7 general contractors before it was all over! It was the hardest but most educational position I've ever had.

As usual Bernie and his team at West Star Title were fabulous to work with. Deborah Terrazas with KW and Rafael Corral with GECU made this transaction super easy and we were able to close in 3 weeks! 👏👏👏👏👏

Three years ago I assisted a beautiful couple who were PCSing to Ft Bliss purchase their very first home. Fast forward to today and we're now listing it so they can move and start the next chapter in their lives. I’ve never taken for granted how beyond blessed I have been to be able to have helped so many families with the purchase and sale of their homes! Our market is crazy right now to say the least and we are heading into the actual annual "buying season" with summer just around the corner! 🔥🏡🏘🔥
