InnoStrat MGMT is NOW HIRING for Apartment Maintenance.
SUMMARY
Performs maintenance work in and around apartment buildings and facilities. Work involves the performance of skilled maintenance work in an assigned building or building area. Individual works independently, follows schedule, and reports activities to a supervisor.
This job's responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Complete all maintenance service request,
Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments,
Maintaining outside clean by picking up trash, sweeping curbs, and dumpster area.
Applicant must have experience with the following :
-Electric Work
-Plumbing-Repairing Air Conditioners/Heaters
-Fixing Leaks
-Repairing/Painting Walls
Applicant must also
-Have Own Transportation (Preferably Truck)
-Be Available After Hours (For Emergencies)
-Work Well Under Pressure
Required experience:
Maintenance: 1 year
