More lamp production in the shop! 💡

Choosing the right maple board makes all the difference. We try to balance the design with simple, clean joinery while keeping the character of the wood front and center.

I’d love to add some dovetail joinery to these projects as soon as I master the skill. 💪🏼🪵

What was almost a bowl became something more organic: an unexpected form shaped by the grain, the break, and the natural character of the wood.

I love when the process takes over and creates something I couldn’t have planned. Broken bowl? Maybe. My teacher rescues alligator juniper wood pieces from the forest fires of Ruidoso NM.
