Sometimes selling a home takes a little more than putting a sign in the yard. 🏡

We walked into this vacant house and knew right away that it needed some warmth to help buyers see what it could really be.
So, we got to work.

The whole team jumped in—moving furniture, rearranging rooms, adjusting the little details, and yes… doing a whole lot of sweating. 😂 We wanted every room to feel inviting and help buyers picture themselves living there.

When the seller walked back in, she looked around and said, “Oh my God, this is my house? I don’t want to sell it anymore!” ❤️
That reaction told us we had done exactly what we set out to do.

And before we knew it, an offer came in and we were under contract. ✅
