Not every closing story is a smooth one.

This military relocation had its share of bumps along the way. Our buyers were not only purchasing their new home here in El Paso, but also navigating the sale of their current home in another state.

There were unexpected moments, moving pieces, and plenty of communication behind the scenes. But that’s also the reality of real estate.

This sweet family trusted us through their entire home-buying journey virtually—every showing, question, and decision from miles away. They didn’t see their new home in person until yesterday, just before closing.

Seeing their smiles during the final walkthrough and hearing their gratitude reminded us why we do what we do. 💛 To celebrate, we put together a welcome home basket with cozy blankets, popcorn, drinks, and everything they need for their first family movie night in their new home.
