As an owner of Gunslinger, a family western wear store for over 25 years, I gained valuable experience managing every aspect of my business and

know the value of excellent customer service. That is why I offer the very best care and service to each individual client. I began my real estate career in 2004. In my first year as a Real Estate agent I earned the Rookie of the Year Award. I have become a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since then and served as a mentor with Century 21 APD, where I was in charge of training other agents. I made the choice to transfer to ERA Sellers Buyers and Associates in 2010, where I earned several National Recognition awards. Beyond Excellence designation, “For Outstanding Performance” and the Circle of Excellence in 2010 through 2014 and in 2015 I earned the Circle of Achievement. I was also a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for ERA Sellers Buyers & Associates, where I was voted in by my peers. I made the decision in early 2016 to switch over to Keller Williams Realty and was a member of the ALC. In 2016 through 2018 I earned the double and triple Dimand Award. I have worked hard in building my team Minerva Al-Tabbaa Real Estate Team which consists of four team members, a full time administrator, and a marketing director. We made a decision to transfer to Home Pros Real Estate LLC in 2019. It was a great decision and in 2020 we ranked number 17 in El Paso. As a native El Pasoan, I am greatly invested in my community and take great pleasure in volunteer work. I have been the President of the Franklin High School Soccer booster, Vice President of FHS Orchestra booster, Vice President of FHS Cheerleaders booster and President of Lincoln Middle School Orchestra and Band boosters. I have worked with several club teams and helped organized one of the largest West side soccer clubs in El Paso, known as Premiere Panthers. With the El Paso School District PTA I received a Lifetime Membership Award. I was also involved with Candlelighters of El Paso, an organization that enriches the lives of children affected by cancer by finding sponsors and donations to help support the important work they do. For the past three years my team and I have work to collect items for La Posada Women Shelter and in 2020 I joined the Downtown Lions Club. I take great pleasure and pride in my performance with all that I do, particularly when serving my clients and my community.
