Congratulations to the Pistella’s on closing on their new home! Their story is not as straight forward as some cases may be.

Before they met me, they were working with a realtor who wasn’t able to get them under contract. They lacked guidance and expertise every home buyer deserves from their realtor. They submitted offers on houses and could not get under contract even in this current buyers market.

Then they asked around for a recommendation on another realtor to work with and they were recommended to me since she knew how I do business and honestly, what a great connection! Right off the bat, we connected as if we’ve been friends our entire life.

Their loan officer and I got to work right away and within no time, we got under contract! The dream home they wanted was originally listed at $470,000 and under contract once before. When we found it, it was listed at $455,000.

The listing agent said they wouldn’t go below $450,000 with no concessions to my clients. But given my negotiation skills and some market research I gave to the listing agent, we went under contract for $435,000 with $5,000 in concessions.

It ended up appraising for $436,000 and they closed on their dream home! Not every story is built the same, not every realtor is built the same. I’m so grateful to be able to work with them and see them move into their dream home, I look forward to watching their kids grow up and then grow old in their new home!
