Every time I see Houston’s skyline, I’m reminded of where my real estate journey really began; the city that raised me.
•
Houston taught me to think like an investor. It taught me how to analyze deals, recognize potential, negotiate with confidence, and understand that every property has a story.
•
When I moved to El Paso, I planned to continue focusing on real estate investing. I even spent time teaching others how to build wealth through investment properties.
•
But I quickly realized something. 🤔
•
The investor landscape here was different, and more importantly, I realized I had more to offer than just helping investors.
•
I wanted to help the first-time buyer who didn’t know where to start. ❤️ The family searching for their forever home. 🏡 The seller ready for a new chapter. 📖The military family relocating across the country. ✈️The couple buying their first investment property. 🏚️
•
I already had my real estate license so becoming a full-time Realtor wasn’t changing my career, it was expanding my purpose. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d fall in love with this community.
•
As a Colombian, the culture here felt familiar from the very beginning. The importance of family, the warmth of the people, and hearing Spanish every day reminded me of home in a way I never expected.
•
Today, I get to combine both experiences: the investor mindset I developed in Houston with the local knowledge and relationships I’ve built here in El Paso. 🤝
•
Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I don’t just see a house. I see opportunity, strategy, and the life you’re building.
•
Sometimes the place that prepares you isn’t the place you’re meant to stay.
•
Houston gave me the real estate foundation.
El Paso gave me the purpose I didn’t know I needed.
•
And I’m grateful for both. 🥹
