We have 3 dwellings (listed below) coming available in the next couple of days. ALL inquiries should be texted to 405-760-9984. We have a 5 minute move-in process and no application fee based on TWO things:
✅Proof of adequate/stable income. ✅ Excellent landlord references detailing both an on-time payment history and cleanliness/care of home living conditions. Income should generally be a minimum of at least double the amount of rent. We sometimes will consider a pet, but not often, on a case by case basis. First month’s rent and a deposit between $500 and $800 is due in order to secure a home and pull it out of our advertisements. Contract is signed at the time payment is made.
