Meet our summer interns: Kayla and Sean!

We’re excited to welcome this bright, curious, and driven duo to the Beta team for the summer. Each brings a unique background, a fresh perspective, and a strong interest in learning the world of commercial real estate from the ground up. We’re looking forward to having them dive in, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the Beta team.

Kayla Buck, originally from Orange County, California, is a Presidential Scholar at USC studying Psychology with minors in Business Law and Real Estate Development. She is fascinated by commercial real estate, with a particular interest in the retail sector, and is excited to learn from and contribute to Beta’s team this summer.

Sean Patton is a Manhattan Beach native and rising junior at USC, where he is studying Real Estate Development. With a lifetime interest in commercial real estate, Sean is excited to expand his knowledge and gain real-world learning experience alongside the Beta team.
