Arthur Khachatourians is an experienced attorney, and Broker who has represented clients in real estate transactional, litigation, and governmental matters. He has successfully conducted jury trials and bench trials and has represented clients in civil, property, family, and criminal matters. Khachatourians graduated from UCLA in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in History and received his Juris Doct

orate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2003. Khachatourians is also an adjunct professor at Glendale Community College where he teaches Business Law. When moving from inflation to a recession, it is now the time to take advantage of the market and significantly upgrade to a better neighborhood. During an inflation, the prices of houses are higher so you get tricked in refinancing old dinky for 30 years fix at a low interest rate in a less desirable neighborhood. Ask yourself, do you really want to live in old dinky for 30 years?

During a recession, there is a significant and pervasive downturn in the market for a length of time that cause houses across the board to drop in prices. Just before that change, you can take advantage of the market and sell old dinky and move into a better neighborhood.
