Here's something most buyers don't know: there are some things your Realtor legally can't tell you, and it's not us being secretive.

The Fair Housing Act exists to prevent housing discrimination based on race, religion, s*x, disability, and more. So while some questions might feel straightforward, the answers aren't always ours to give.

Before I list a home, I sit down with my sellers, and we talk through everything (not just price and strategy).

→ The real plan, not just launch week.
