This is a message to myself so that anytime I see this I can be reminded. The most important thing to do when you are with your kids is to be present you cannot be present if your eyes are glued to your phone it's telling your kids that they are not important and that the phone is more important than them. Put your phone down and don't ever have it with you if you're spending quality time with your kids or they can see you. The rule of thumb that I really struggle to follow but I try to is if my kids can see me I shouldn't see my phone. Get off your phone around your kids it's hurting them.
