Daylight saving time can feel overwhelming. 🕐

We recognize that time changes impact our daily routines and energy levels. Whether you're gaining or losing an extra hour of sleep during daylight saving time, your feelings about this transition are entirely valid.

Here are some gentle reminders to help you through this change:
Be patient with yourself as your body adjusts Maintain consistent sleep schedules when possible Stay hydrated and get natural sunlight exposure Remember that feeling off-balance is temporary
We believe in supporting our community through all of life's transitions, big and small. Your well-being matters to us, and we want you to know that these seasonal adjustments are normal.

How do you typically handle daylight saving time changes? What strategies help you adjust most effectively?
