Thankfully we saw some stability in the market starting Friday afternoon through this morning with talks yesterday of the conflict in Iran being shorter than was expected. After seeing the 10yr spike last week to over 4.15%, we are starting to slowly see a retreat as we currently sit at about 4.11%. Not a big data week this week except for the CPI report tomorrow which will need close monitoring with the jump in gas/oil prices the past week or so.
