In 2017 we were in the top 4% of all agents/teams in the Chicago-land area. My team isn’t just a collection of agents, but it’s an extension of myself and how I sell. When working with sellers, my team doesn’t just wait for a call to come in, we are actively immersed in the existing market. I come from a customer service background, which has taught me the importance of connecting with people, and this principle is essential to selling real estate. Anyone can list a home and put it on the MLS, maybe even put an ad out there, but it’s the relationships I create and the awareness I generate, that allows my team to sell above the rest. Modern real estate is more than just listing a home, it’s stepping outside of your comfort level, disrupting the norm, and setting yourself apart from the traditional methods.
