Welcome to the official page of the historic Pool-Lumsden-Peters House! Often known to locals as the Dr. Peters House.

My name is Dawn Young. Mother, local real estate agent, and broker/owner of Asher RE LLC. Last year, I had the honor of acquiring this beautiful historic property and I'm excited to begin sharing its journey with you.

The home is currently undergoing restoration with the long-term vision of becoming a space for intimate events and charming short-term stays. While there is still much work ahead, every project and preserved detail brings new life back into this special home.
