Originally from the Tidewater area, Erica moved to North Carolina in 1995. At a young age she realized she had an entrepreneurial mindset and opened a candy store when her children were young!

5 years later, Erica decided to move into the industry that the Outer Banks is known for...Vacation Rentals and Hospitality! She then started a cottage cleaning business and owned and operated that business for over 17 years!

This is where Erica found her passion for Real Estate...working closely with buyers and sellers to help them reach their Real Estate goals!
