This magazine is amazing for the neurodivergent… Even if you’re neurotypical it has great resources for dealing with life.
If you’re an adult living with ADHD or ADD or have a child who is, please subscribe to get resources and understand them better to provide better support for them. ☝🏾We are not crazy, lazy, failures or emotional for no reason. We hate living like this. We are battling real life along with a neurological deficiency that there is no cure for. I love who I am and shame & blame is the 1st thing I wake up with regardless of how good or bad life is going.

I know I’m living off of surrogate prayers. 🤍
Early early early in the morning long before it was time for us to go to school she would be on her knees praying so hard that I used to think she was arguing with God. When I grew up I realized why that lady was praying like that… Whew chile!

My heart hurts so bad. I just wish I could be a regular person with a regular brain. I feel so healed even though I know I’m still healing but the simplest triggers can take me back to day one, so it’s like starting all over.
How do ppl think you can ever get over losing your child? I’m out here faking everyday acting like I don’t wanna break windows, tear down walls and run through the woods naked.
But God! 🙌🏾 My best days are ahead of me.
