Well, that’s one way to start a workday! 😳🐍❌
Let me tell y'all, I do NOT like snakes. Period. End of story.
But apparently, this little guy didn't get the memo! I was literally on my way out the back door, heading out to go show a home over in Roper, when this baby rat snake fell straight out of nowhere and landed right on me 😱
I’m not ashamed to admit it took me a good, long minute to get myself together and stop shaking! 😅
Once my heart rate finally made its way back down to double digits, I realized he was just doing what rat snakes do—climbing around the deck and trying to blend into the wood. (And yes, he’s a harmless juvenile, but he still almost sent me to meet Jesus early!)
I still made it to my showing on time, but I think I’ll be looking UP every time I walk out the door from now on.
