My family has called Elizabeth home for over 30 years, and we've raised our four boys right here. From school events and Friday night football games to community traditions and lifelong friendships, this town has been such a big part of our family's story.

This one has such a great story and is a perfect example of what can happen when a home is priced right and marketed well — even in a challenging market.

We went live on September 16.
We received an offer on September 17.
We were under contract on September 18.
And we CLOSED on October 2! 🙌

My sellers really needed a quick and smooth sale, so from the beginning, we had a plan. We priced the home strategically, marketed it well, and made sure it showed its absolute best.

And when I say they needed a smooth closing, I mean it! My seller was able to head out of town early on closing morning and simply pull over along the way to sign his closing documents right from his phone. 😂
