To the dear customers of East Tennessee ATV and Tractor:
As we face some of the most challenging times our country has seen in generations, we here at the dealership want you, our valued and trusted customers, to know, that we are doing everything we can to make sure that your well-being is our top priority.
For those who have been long time customers over the years, know that we are all family here and not just in spirit but by blood. We work closely not only at work but we go back to our homes together. That being said, we do take our health seriously, especially during this time of the Covid-19 pandemic.
East Tennessee ATV and Tractor will continue to provide the following services but we are adding some guide lines. As long as we can stay open, we will, and we believe that the recommendations by the CDC and WHO should be implemented to continue to provide you with the best possible customer service.
Effective March 25, 2020 we will begin the following:
• We will provide sales assistance over the phone, by facebook, by our website. You may call 423-542-6109, visit East Tennessee ATV or East Tennessee Tractor on Facebook. Our website is www.easttnatv.com. All these venues will put you in contact with sales or service. Please be patient as we will get to each message as quickly as possible.
• You may purchase parts or accessories by phone with pre-pay and we ask that you can pick up outside in the parking area, not at that parts counter. If you don’t want to pay with a credit card, we can come out to you, for those who want to pay with cash or check.
• If you want to pick up a unit that has been here for service, please give us a call and let us know that you are on your way and we will have your vehicle waiting out front for you. Again, you can pay over the phone or let us know that you will have cash or check, if all possible please wait outside.
• If you want to come in and visit our sales floor, we ask you call ahead and we can schedule and appointment with Eddie, Jason or Angie. We do want to keep as much traffic in and out of the store to a limit and to please practice social distancing of 6 to 8 feet.
• We love children here and most have met our little Lucchese, who runs the place, but we are asking for their safety please try not to bring children into the dealership.
Most of you know how much we love to joke around and shake hands and give out hugs and it breaks our heart that social distancing is a must during this time. Be assured we will make up for it in the future!
We are continuously be monitoring the situation and will make adjustments and decisions on operations here at the dealership and will communicate that to you.
