Rates:

2 Night/3 Day minimum stay
$155 per night for two persons (plus $30 (ea) per night up to 2 more persons)
$930 per week (6 nights) for two persons
Plus State and County taxes and cleaning fee of $60

Cabin amenities:

Two bedrooms and sleeping loft – easily accommodates 4
Clean towels and linens for one week
Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee pot. Cooking utensils and dishes for 4
Split air HVAC and electric fireplace
Less than two miles to supermarket and restaurants in historic Elizabethton

Facility Rental Polices

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM
PETS - no cats - no large dogs - Small dogs under 15 lbs may be acceptable with a $20/night pet fee
50% deposit required at booking - we accept credit cards
72 hour notice of cancellation is required
