Our Johnson City Appointment only sale will start on Thursday, June 1st. Previews are here ~ all the pictures are up (link in comments).

Hours for the Sale:
Monday, June 1: 1pm - 6pm **NO OPENINGS**
Tuesday, June 2: 12pm - 6pm
Wednesday, June 3: 10am - 3pm

** Appointments will be on the hour & you will have approximately 50 minutes to shop. All three days will be the same price.

** Please only park on one side of the road. There is a long grassy section with no houses across from the sale house - Do NOT pull up into the grass but please, pull as far over as possible so we are not in the way.

** THIS IS IMPORTANT: TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, you have three options. Amy needs a time stamp so she can schedule them in the order in which the requests come in.

2: MESSAGE us on Facebook/Estatesale.net page
3: send an EMAIL to [email protected]

** We ask that you only send one appointment request in - multiple request will slow the process down - Amy will return them as quickly as she can. Address will be sent to you when appointment is made.

** Large Furniture cannot be taken until Wednesday evening from 4pm - 6pm. If you cannot do that day, we can arrange another day but this is the preferred time slot.

** Details for the sale:
* The king size mattress set will be sold separate from the headboard
* Clothes are Small, Medium and Large
* Shoes are 9.5
* Normal payment methods will be available: Cash & Credit Cards
* No jewelry will be present
