Story time: 📖
Mr. Patterson was a referral to me from a Realtor in Georgia, and he also already had his own out of state lender he was using. Great!
He went under contract on his new build in February with wanting to close by the beginning of April to align with his new orders to Knox.
That said lender kept giving us the run around, taking 2 months just to get title ordered, and constantly saying the appraisal was ordered but yet no appraiser ever went or showed. Constant contract extensions, documents needed signed that they themselves were supposed to provide… that they didn’t know they were supposed to provide. 😮💨😮💨
Just felt like no vision of closing in site, nothing getting done and silence or that’s another department.
He finally had enough and I made the 911 late call and he switched over to Tracy Knifley Holtsclaw Chelsea Sublett & Grafton Sizemore over at Motto Mortgage Home Group! They went lightening speed, locked his loan on May 7th and he closed today May 27th!! 🤩🤯 Literally start to finish with the appraisal in 20 days!! 💪🙌
What an out of state lender that took months to do “and never could complete the task” these guys did in record time!
They deserve all the bragging today!
And I definitely can’t forget Bluegrass Land & Title for an easy peasy smooth closing.
