💙 This is personal for us.
We’ve seen too many friends and neighbors weighed down by the stress of foreclosure, costly repairs, or just feeling stuck with a home they no longer want.

That’s why we built CARE (Combined Assets Real Estate | Network) — to give Kentucky homeowners a way forward, while continuing our real estate investment journey. 🏡✨

👉 With us, it’s simple:
1️⃣ Share a few details about your home (takes 5 minutes)
2️⃣ Get an offer you control
3️⃣ Close quickly and breathe easier 💵

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s explore your options together.

Some girls get their nails done… and some climb ladders in stairwells with a paint roller in hand. 💁‍♀️🎨

Abby Modrowski showed up and handled one of the trickiest spots in this whole remodel project like an absolute pro — no fear, just focus (and maybe a little fun along the way). Grateful for friends who aren’t afraid of hard work and high places. 💪💕

🎆 Stars, stripes & 5-star stays 🇺🇸✨

This Fourth of July, we’re not only celebrating freedom and fireworks — we’re celebrating Superhost status and being named in the Top 1% of homes on Airbnb… all within just 6 months of opening Old Maple House! 🏡🙌

To every guest who chose to stay, share, and support — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your glowing reviews, thoughtful feedback, and love for this little 1901 charmer on the Bourbon Trail made this milestone possible. ❤️

We’re raising a sparkler to YOU this holiday weekend. Here’s to porch sittin’, grillin’, and making more unforgettable memories in Elizabethtown. 🇺🇸🍁 (With a touch of Canadian charm, of course!)

✨ Ready to book your stay? We’d love to host you!

💥PRESTON PROJECT UPDATE💥

It’s giving demo dream team vibes over here. 👷‍♀️💪

Ceilings opened up ✅
Subfloor exposed ✅
Unexpected “fun surprises”? Ohhh yeah… ✅😅

We’re deep in the dirty work phase — uncovering old damage, mapping out new layouts, and dreaming big about what’s to come for this 5-bedroom stunner. Two primary suites with en-suites are in the works, and the fireplace is definitely getting a glow-up. 🛠️✨

This place is going from worn out to WOW — can’t wait to show you what we have planned next. Stay tuned for transformation shots 👀
