🎉 TOO HOT TO HOLD - JUST SOLD! 🎉

Another successful closing is in the books!

Today we officially closed on the sale of a beautiful 20.26-acre tract located on Cundiff Lane in Eastview, Kentucky. This property sold for $185,000, and we're excited for the new owner as they begin their next chapter.

A big thank you to the sellers Earl & Deedra Claggett for trusting me with the opportunity to market and sell their property. It was a pleasure working with you throughout the process.
