I wanted to share with you our monthly market stats for our Southern Indiana area. Schuler Bauer's listing inventory is at 18.7% and our next competitor is 10.4% in market share. Our pending homes market share was 21.3% compared to the next competitor at 11.0%. In the New Construction market, we are 41% of the pending, etc. Schuler Bauer agents ranked #1 in EVERY category! 🏡✨
