Technically, you can sell your house without a real estate agent.

You can also cut your own bangs.

Are those things technically possible? Absolutely.

Would we recommend them? we’re gonna say no.

Selling a home is a little more complicated than putting up a sign and hoping for the best.

Pricing, marketing, negotiations, contracts, inspections, timelines, and approximately 47 opportunities for something to get weird.

You can do it yourself.
But sometimes it pays to let a professional handle the scissors.

🤔In case you're wondering....
Many downtown Elizabethtown streets will begin closing at 5:30am on Saturday. This includes portions of West Dixie Avenue, from The Square to N. Miles Street. And North Mulberry between Poplar St and College Street. The Square will remain open, as will most of the downtown parking lots as seen on this map. Most of the streets are expected to reopen around 7:00pm, with the exception of those within the Concert Zone, which will remain closed until midnight.
Our wonderful Elizabethtown Police Department will be on site, directing traffic to help families enjoy the festival safely. Make sure to give them wave 👋 if you drive by 🙂.
