Hi everyone! My name is Austin Kolb, and I’m proud to introduce myself as the Owner and CEO of Diversified Capital Investments. A little about me and the company:

I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. My journey into real estate began when I was young when my father took me to his properties. I also had an extensive internship at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where I gained invaluable knowledge in the industry.

At 23 years old, I launched Diversified Capital Investments to achieve my dream of becoming financially independent and creating a better future for my family. Currently, we’re partnering with Ken Gee to invest in high-demand multifamily real estate opportunities.

My father, now Vice President of our company, brings unparalleled expertise to the team. By the age of 30, he owned 10 properties totaling 60 doors, held $4.5 million in real estate, and had a net worth of $1.7 million. He mastered creative financing strategies, trained under Carleton H. Sheets’ “No Down Payment” Real Estate Course, and was a VIP at the Real Estate Wealth Expo, personally meeting Robert Kiyosaki. His skills in buying, fixing, flipping, and creative financing properties are advanced.

Beyond real estate, we’re also National and International Cattle Brokers with over 100 years of family experience. Through Kolb’s Dairy Sales, we’ve built relationships with the most successful farmers across the U.S., supplying high-quality commercial dairy cattle and connecting with farmers eager to invest in multifamily real estate projects.
