“Fall is proof that change can be beautiful.” 🍂

Fall doesn’t always get the same attention as the spring market, but that can actually work in a buyer’s favor. Fall either works for you or against you.

There are often fewer buyers competing, sellers may be more motivated after sitting through the summer, and you can sometimes get a much clearer picture of a home once the season changes.

So if a change of scenery is on your mind this fall, maybe Kentucky is where your next chapter begins.

I’m Kelly, your local relocation Realtor here in Kentucky. Whether you’re looking for your first home, ready to sell, moving your family, or dreaming of finding the perfect Kentucky homestead, I’d love to help you navigate the process and find a place that truly feels like home.

Because sometimes, a new season is exactly what you need for a new beginning.

Happy Fall, y’all! 🧡🍂

A weekend well spent 🫶 Come along with me to see the behind-the-scenes of how I spend a typical weekend as your Kentucky Realtor!

I almost always start out my weekend with coffee from one of my favorite local coffee shop - of course - then I’m off to lunch to view listings as soon as they hit the market.

By Saturday evenings, I am ready to cheer on my local football team and Sunday mornings are reserved for church.

Sunday afternoon is for relaxing and talking with my Clients as we search for their dream home, and watching my favorite team - Go Steelers!! 🏈

What does your perfect weekend look like?

If you’re looking for a new place to spend your weekends, I would be honored to become your relocation expert.

🏈Football or 🏡 Real Estate: Which brings out your most competitive side?

I love both! And I can be competitive when it matters most for my buyers and sellers!

Scoring a Touchdown on the field and off always brings a smile to my face - because when you win, I win.

That’s what makes us a winning Team.

I’m now looking for homeowners who are looking to score a touchdown - or rather a closing - on their current home before New Year’s Eve.

If you’re looking to sell - you’ve found a Realtor who will always go above and beyond to help you achieve your goal.

Let’s chat soon!

Are you thinking about selling your home this fall or winter?

Right now, your home is probably looking its best.

Grass still has life. Flowers are still popping. Mums are in season. Leaves are about to begin to fall. Halloween decor has not taken over yet.

Let’s get your photos ready now. Leaves and landscaping will soon lose it’s color and we want your exterior photos to WOW potential buyers.

Bonus: We can grab golden hour or sunset shots if the home has the view.

When you choose to list your home with me, I ensure your listing includes professional photography and videography so potential buyers fall in love with your home.

The time to begin the home selling process is today - and I’d be honored to help you get your home listed and sold before the year end!
